sign our petition to urge Governor Charlie Baker to follow a commonsense approach and schedule the full-time reopening of our schools beginning on April 26 — and not before — so that all school employees have the chance to be vaccinated and school communities have time to plan for this mandatory transition. We know that most educators are already inside the buildings but, for safety sake, we should keep the numbers of students in our classrooms at safe capacities and those decisions should be made locally depending on school and community conditions.
