We, the undersigned are the Support Staff employees of the Pittsfield Public Schools. We are the Bus Drivers and Bus Monitors, the Cafeteria Workers, the Custodians, the Paraprofessionals, and the Educational Secretaries who go to work each day to provide the best possible learning experience for the students we serve. We are committed to dignity and respect for all employees of the Pittsfield Public Schools. We are devoted to our families and our community, and we proudly stand by our Union and support them in demanding social justice and economic fairness for all our members. We want the Pittsfield School Committee and the City of Pittsfield to do more than just listen to our demands. We want you to act! We are demanding an adjustment and increase in our wages so that we can properly provide for and support our families. We want you – as our elected officials do what is right for our families and our community!
